After all, the grandfather of the founder of USTOMED, Ulrich Storz, was among the co-founders of the Chirurgiemechaniker-Innung (Surgical Mechanics’ Guild) of Tuttlingen – the Swabian town with a legendary worldwide reputation as the manufacturing center of high-quality instruments.
